    قبل الغروب بساعة أو بعد الشروق بساعة. الضوء دافئ والظلال هادئة، والفرق عن ظهيرة قاسية هائل — وهو مجاني.

    حتى نهارًا. الغرفة المضاءة تبدو أوسع، والمصابيح تعطي دفئًا لا تعطيه الشمس وحدها.

    أفقية دائمًا، لا عمودية

    أدِر الجوال بالعرض. الموقع يعرض الصور أفقيًّا، والصورة العمودية تُقصّ أطرافها فتضيع نصف الغرفة.

    قف في الزاوية

    صوّر من ركن الغرفة نحو الركن المقابل — تظهر الغرفة بضعف اتساعها مقارنةً بالتصوير من المنتصف.

    رتّب قبل أن تضغط

    أخفِ الأسلاك وسلال المهملات والمناشف والمغناطيسات. لا تصوّر أشخاصًا ولا انعكاس نفسك في المرآة.

    الارتفاع: عند الصدر

    لا فوق رأسك ولا عند ركبتك. ارتفاع الصدر يجعل الجدران مستقيمة والسقف طبيعيًّا.

    اثبت ولا تكبّر

    أسند الجوال على شيء ثابت، ولا تستخدم التقريب (zoom) — اقترب بقدمك. التقريب يفقد التفاصيل.

    ماذا نحتاج منك

    الواجهة من الخارج · الصالة · المطبخ · كل غرفة نوم · الحمّام الرئيسي · الحديقة أو المسبح · الإطلالة من النافذة. من ٨ إلى ١٥ صورة تكفي.
